Purpose of our Events
Our approach to health is a holistic one and, as such, the events & classes we offer are focused on one or more of the following areas that we deem important to overall well-being (and weight management).
Physical: exercise, movement, healthy eating, sleep, and stress management. Mental: mindfulness, meditation, and journaling. Emotional: learning to manage emotions through various techniques like art therapy or deep breathing exercises. Social: social engagement to build stronger, meaningful relationships. Spiritual: finding meaning and purpose in life, and connecting with nature.
